:*活动主题可以拥有独特的'''【SS同步讨论】'''标签的使用权，同时新番播出期间特殊颜色高亮+每次新番播出后，同步帖主题定时提升。
:*活动新番讨论帖评分奖励1.5倍，且每月底还可根据维护情况领取绩效奖励，对于优秀承包者，在本季度新番结束后，还有[[勋章]]和额外奖励。
:*活动对于长期更新、内容充实、带动人气的承包商，将会优先评为精华，同时，对于多次承包且一直有始有终的承包商，优先提名[[三级精华]]。
====承包限制====
:*活动进行时.关注新番情报动向，及时更新/充实讨论帖内容和积极参与讨论，调动会员，促进会员间交流。
:*活动过程需积极推荐优质回复，举报违规回复，同时提醒水回者修改回复，督促歪楼者重回主题，月底要发布总结帖才可领奖励。
:*活动对于每位承包者可同时承包不大于三部新番，但仍推荐每位承包者量力而行，会自愿原则，不强制申请，不强制留任。
====绩效制度====
:*活动绩效对于承包者绩效奖励奖励参考工作成效与工作态度，无力实现专题作用时会建议卸任，绩效奖励根据每月实际参与情况由版主评定。
:*活动绩效对于判定是否为优秀新番承包者，采取个人申请+版主考核制，其申请方式与动漫区精华帖申请方式类似。
